1.What was your reaction when you found out you were pregnant?
I found out on Halloween that I was pregnant. I was so scared.
2. What was your husbands reaction?
James and I were not yet married, but he was so excited.
3. Who did you tell first?
Eve Nelson...a lady I worked with at the time, then I called home(not a good experience)
4. How was your pregnancy-aches, pains, sickness, etc.?
I felt better pregnant than not. No headaches and like Amber my temper and mood swings mellowed out. I think while I was pregnant was the time that James and I got along the best.
5. When did you first feel the baby?
I have it written in my journal, I can't remember off the top of my head.
6. Did you find out what you were going to have and tell about the ultrasound experience?
I had three ultrasounds during my pregnancy. They were all amazing. And yes we found out what I was having. I wanted to be prepared when she came. And I am so glad she was a girl, honestly I would have cried if I had have had a boy.
7. What shocked you the most about pregnancy?
Feeling Christy move inside me. She loved to move and she had the hiccups so much. It's amazing to think that Heavenly Father lets us women have this amazing gift.
8. What did you crave?
I really didn't get cravings with Christy. But I remember that toothpaste and the smell of deoderant made me very ill. I still can't use scented deoderant.
9. When was your due date and when did your baby come?
Christy was due July 10th and she was born on June 18th
10. What was the best thing about being pregnant-the worst thing?
So many good things. I loved being pregnant and can't wait till I can be again. I think the worst thing was having to deal with the affects after giving birth. But it's all worth it.

Just a post, no big deal!

So Christy took some pictures of me yesterday. I got a really good one of her smelling the roses but for some reason it wouldn't let me take it from my camera to the computer. Yesterday was a good day. Work was really laid back and Christy and I hung out and went to Panda for dinner. Grandma and Grandpa are on their way to Disneyland right now.. we are so jealous! Oh well we are going in June. K thats all. Byeeee

My David

In January I went on my first blind date ever. My sister and her husband set me up with David.
David came all the way from San Diego to go on a date with me. What a nice guy! We got to go on two dates before David left the country. You see David is in the Navy and is currently on tour. He was supposed to be back the end of May but I found out this morning he won't be back till June. Sniff, Sniff.

Since David has been gone we have been emailing and on a few special occasions he has called.

David is an amazing person. He is a member of the church with good values and morals. He is divorced and has a little girl named Shadow(who I can't wait to meet). David comes from a family of seven children, same as me. And he has been thru the whole divorce process. We have a lot in common.

I am so excited that I got the chance to meet David. I look forward to when he comes home so we can spend more time together. And so he can meet my wild and crazy family.....Amber you better be nice!! Well thats all I can think to write. These pictures are him in Japan. Oh and I kinda like him, if you can't tell!!!

Flowers For Me

I just want everyone to know how wonderful my nephew is. He brought me these beautiful flowers at work today. I felt so special! I love my little nephew.

So excited

Once again no pictures, sorry! I just wanted to write how excited I am. I got to talk to David yesterday for over an hour. I love it when he is able to call me! I can't wait till May when he comes home and we get to hang out and spend more time together. It will also be nice to go on a vacation. I am so excited about my whole relationship with David. It's hard to be single. Anyways, thats all folks. Kinda lame sorry. Maybe I should put a picture of David on here. I wonder if he would mind.
