I am still behind, but am slowly catching up. Here are some pictures. More to come.

When David and I were in Vegas we took Shadow to dinner at Chuck E Cheese. She had fun getting to spend time with mom and dad by herself. Shadow turns seven this month. She is still taller than
Christy.
Christy got a bike for Christmas. This is actually bike #2. Bike #1 that Santa got her was missing a few parts so we had to return it and pick another bike. This one is cooler anyway. It has an amplifier in the little red bag on the front. She can hook her MP3 player to it and listen to her music as she rides. She was so excited to learn to ride a bike, now if only she could ride it to school. Here is David teaching her how to ride. She learned very quickly.

We rented a Budget truck to move all our stuff. When we had everything in boxes in the apartment waiting to load the truck all I could think was that I had too much stuff. As you can see it all fit inside with room to spare.
Don't worry
Christy did not ride in the back. She got to ride up front with David for most of the trip. Last time we moved to California
Christy had to ride in the front seat of my car and she got sick. I was worried that she would have the same problem in the truck, but she didn't. She loved being able to ride with dad.

Poor David had to go buy digital
cami's for his new duty station and he sewed all his patches on by hand, as I sat by and watched. I would have helped but the patches have to be specific so David took care of it.
Hopefully my next post will have pictures of our new house. We are excited to be back in San Diego and we are looking forward to having lots of visitors....hint hint!

I'm so glad to hear you're looking forward to visitors!! :) I love that Christy's bike has an MP3 adapter thing; that's pretty awesome! I'm anxiously awaiting pictures of your cool new house.
I can't wait to see pictures of your new place! How fun that you got to go back to San Diego!
You had tons of room in your truck! Whenever we move it's packed to the gills! I like your banana chairs! I hope you aren't wishing you hadn't given us one! We are LOVING it!
Amber, do you want the other two banana chairs. David says when we get our new couch we can throw them away. We will probably keep them for in the reading area.
