We had a pretty good Easter. The girls got new Sunday outfits in their basket. Of course there was the usual fighting and whining over which girl got more stuff. I made the girls skirts and matching headbands. Christy got new Sunday shoes and Shadow got a jacket type thing that matched. David got a new t-shirt and I got two new pairs of socks in our basket. We went to church with Ann and Dean. After church we had lunch with Ann, Dean, Deann and her kids. Then we packed up and headed home. It took us forever to get home. We had to stop in St. George and drop off baskets at moms house, then we had to stop in Henderson to drop off Shadow, we had to stop and get gas, we stopped for dinner in Baker and traffic was slow going from Baker to home. We got home after 11. Good thing Christy and I got to sleep in this morning. We are so glad that we got to go to St. George and visit with family. The holidays always seem better with family.

The girls' skirts look way cute. My mom was always super careful to count our Easter gifts/candy (as well as Christmas gifts) to make it completely fair.
I spent the same amount of money. I guess the quantity is more important.
So are you doing Easter Baskets but just making sure that they know it's not from the Easter Bunny? Cute skirts!
