This week has been crazy. Zion Orthopaedics is moving again. I remember when I first started working there in 2003 they were getting ready to move from behind the mall to inside the hospital. Now they are moving from the hospital to the new Health and Performance Center behind the hospital. Anyways Tuesday us girls packed up the office. We all worked really hard and got most everything packed by 5. Wednesday we all met at the new office and unpacked. I won't lie it was chaos. But once again we were just about done with what we could do by 5. Today was another day of unpacking. With this whole move the girls at ZIO have seen our share of shady characters. Construction workers, electricians, painters and movers. Some very questionable. Oh yes we can't forget the security guard. I think he was lonely. We saw him in the office twice within an hours time. So this morning there was not a whole lot going on, mostly just practicing the hospital radiology registration program. Four of us went to Applebees for lunch. Then when we got back from lunch there were a few patients that needed to be seen. Anyways come two o'clock and Christy and I are having a grand time at our small station. Nicole came over and told us if we had nothing to do we could leave, and if the computers were not up and running tomorrow we didn't need to come in. So I have tomorrow off. I am hoping that all the drama in the office is dealt with so come Monday we can all work in peace. With eight females, all working closely together five days a week, with eight sometimes more hours a day, you can imagine that there would be some drama! Now on to other things.
David emailed me today and said he feels like he did well on his test. He also got an email from his detailer saying that for his current rank and rate there are basically no orders for him. So now we need to make a decision. Do we extend deployment on the ship till test results come out in November and on the chance he passes his test, request orders for SK2. Or do we try to get early out. If David extends deployment on the ship he would not be home before the new year starts. It also sounds like they will not be in their next port for close to 45 days. Overall he is doing well as are we here at the rental.
Christy is doing good in school. This month she is required to read a book on an animal and then do a book report at the end of the month. She is reading "Summer of the Monkeys". I am having her take a break from Harry Potter so she can finish "Summer of the Monkeys" by the end of the month. I miss being here every morning before school and home every afternoon when she gets home from school.
Well I think thats all. Sorry no pictures.

What's SK2?
Now that you're back here we should get together and hang out :)
Amber SK2 is Davids rank. Sorry it stands for Store Keeper Petty Officer Second Class. Yes Amy we should totally hang out, and I think I am going to order some of your bows.
No dumb me, SK2 is what Davids rank will be if he passes his advancement test. Thats what we want him to be :)
