Yay! I've been waiting so long! The floral ring is pretty much like the ones I searched online (since I was dying to have an idea as to what it looked like). Are you really having them soldered together? You're far braver than I! I just wear 'em stacked because there are days I like to wear my engagement ring on my right hand and days I just wear my wedding band, etc. Especially with hardcore outdoor activities-ie: rock climbing, boating, 4-wheeling...I almost refuse to wear my engagement ring because if it got even remotely ruined, I don't know what I'd do with myself other than throw a tantrum like a small child...even WITH it's insurance!
Now that I have my ring and see them together I might not get them sodered together. I haven't completely decided and yesterday talking to Amber she told me about a jewlery store in town that buys estate jewlery so I am thinking of taking in some of my jewlery from James and trading it in for an eternity band....I guess we will see what happens.
If I had my child to raise all over again, I'd build self-esteem first, and the house later. I'd finger-paint more, and point the finger less. I would do less correcting and more connecting. I'd take my eyes off my watch, and watch with my eyes. I'd take more hikes and fly more kites. I'd stop playing serious, and seriously play. I would run through more fields and gaze at more stars. I'd do more hugging and less tugging. ~Diane Loomans, from "If I Had My Child To Raise Over Again"
