15 weeks

Today I am 15 weeks along in this pregnancy. I had two appointments last week. One with the OB from Balboa and one with Dr. Brody. I saw Dr Morocco at Balboa. I discussed with her my concerns regarding being told that I could take Zomig while pregnant and how Dr. Chan from the Fetal Assessment Unit told me that Dr. Brody was wrong in all the medicines that he had me taking. Dr. Morocco listened and addressed all my concerns. Then I saw Dr. Brody two days later and discussed with him the same things plus what Dr. Morocco had told me. He rolled his eyes at a lot of what they had told me. He went over everything with me and reassured me that I had been doing the correct things. Also that starting at 16 weeks I will be weaning off most of the medications that I am currently taking. I still am not very happy about going to Balboa but I really don't have other options. David tried to get the Balboa clinic to release me but they refused. I could switch to TriCare standard and be able to see a civilian provider but then I would be responsible for 20% of my medical costs. Anyways things are going great with the pregnancy and for the most part I feel good, just fat but good. Sometimes I wish I could wear a tent :)

you look really cute! Sorry about the doctor stresses! I love it when one tells you something completely opposite of what another is saying lol

Oh doctors...they bring a whole new meaning to the phrase, "Can't live with 'em, can't live without 'em!" That doesn't sound fun at all. At least you have a cute baby bump and are doing well though!

Cute little belly. I'm trying to send you the clothes, I promise. It's hard cause we have to find time to buy a box and go to the post office. SOunds easy enough but I can barely manage to do my hair in the morning. Hell, I don't even get that done most days. Saturday maybe?
