I have been falling behind on my blogging and my journal writing. On Wednesday February 9th we had the first of our two sewing activities for Achievement Days. The girls all picked out their material and then cut out their patterns. It went a lot better than I expected. We had 16 girls show up and in an hour they all had their skirts cut out. On Thursday the 10th after Christy got out of school, her and I headed to St. George. We got to St. George in okay time. Friday morning Christy and I did some light shopping then I dropped Christy off at Alisha's house to play with Kayley and Michael. I went to ZIO. When I got there I clocked in and worked for a little while, visited, and had lunch with the girls. It was so nice to visit. I miss working :( Then I went back to Alisha's. We ended up spending the rest of the evening there. We ate, watched movies and played. Kayley is so cute. I just love her. She talks so much and her hair is getting so long. Saturday morning I had a braces appointment. I am done with my bottom braces except for at night. I have 10 weeks left on my top braces. After my appointment Christy and I headed to Enterprise. We spent some time with the Bushar's. Scott and Selma's kids were at grandma's house so Christy had someone to play with. After spending a few hours there we headed back to St. George. Papa watched the grandkids while mom, Crystal, Alisha, Jen and I went out for a girls night out. We had dinner at Applebees then we went and browsed at Deseret Book. It was such a great evening. Sunday Christy and I went to church with mom and dad. After church we came home. It was really nice to go and visit family and friends, but it is always so good to be home. I am all done with my Lovenox shots and my Progesterone prescriptions. :) I am happy to be done with the shots, now I just have to wait for all the bruises on my tummy to go away. David and I had lunch together on Valentines Day. David had duty and class so we couldn't do anything in the evening. Today I had my last appointment with Dr. Brody :( I had another Ultrasound but all we could see was the babies head and the two hands waving around by the head. I guess my Uterus is measuring 18 weeks even though I will only be seventeen weeks on Sunday. The baby has been moving around frequently. The baby seems to move more after I have done some kind of physical activity. Like after I walk Christy to school or pick her up from school. Sometimes at night when I am laying in bed the baby moves a little. It is the most amazing thing to feel. I haven't gained anymore weight :) but I can defiantly tell that my belly is getting bigger. While I was in Enterprise Rachelle gave me some of her maternity clothes. It has been nice to have them. I really wish that I could go see Amber. It has been really hard for me to be this far away from her. When Amber had Buddy and Kenneth I was right there in St. George, I am missing all this baby stuff. I get so frustrated when I watch the news. I am frustrated with all the stupid people out there and how it seems that no one takes any responsibility for their actions. I wish I could just slap some sense into some people. There is so much that I could say about all this but that's not what I need to do. I need to not watch the news. The last few days the weather has been so nice. Today it started raining again and is supposed to rain thru the night. I love the rain! I wish I had a window seat with a window that opens outward where I could sit and listen, watch and smell the rain.
