Memories

I love having a scanner! Thanks Crystal. Today I was looking through some scrapbooks and decided to post some old pictures. Enjoy!
From left to right, back row: Christine, Aunt Renee, Heather, Campbell, Aunt Connie
Left to right, front row: Rebecca, Wendy
Wendy and I were born about two weeks apart. This is a picture of us at Grandma Humes house in Overton, Nevada. As the story goes I gave Wendy thrush of the mouth when we were both very little. Mom tells about how everything was stained purple from the Genation Violet used to treat flush. We were both such adorable babies. I'm still pretty cute, not sure what happened to Wendy :)
April 23, 2004
Amber and Danni were married in the St. George, Utah Temple. When they came out all of us family who weren't part of the Temple ceremony were waiting outside for them. I sure hope Christy didn't have grubby hands right then. Christy loves her Aunt Amber and wanted to be a big helper. Amber has always been such a big part of Christy's life. We sure love Aunt Amber!
What a cutie pattootie! This picture was taken in Zions National Park when I was taking Amber and Danni's engagement pictures. I look at these pictures and my heart just about bursts with love for this kid.
I have so many pictures of Christy that were captured at random moments. This picture is when we lived at Sunset Springs. We lived there from May 2003 to the end of April 2004. If I remember right this picture was taken before her second birthday.
This picture was taken the day of Amber's farewell. We were living in Provo at the time and building a house in Springville. We came down for Amber's farewell. Amber served in the Independence Missouri Mission. We sure missed Amber while she was gone. We moved into our house in Springville the day after Amber entered the MTC. That was a hard time for me. I remember that on Christmas I talked to Amber several times. I also remember that all the letters that she sent me I hid in my wedding dress garment bag because I didn't want a certain someone to find them and destroy them. If I remember right by the time Amber came home from her mission Christy and I were back living in St. George.
Here is Amber holding Christy at our apartment in Provo.
Four Generations
Left to right: Christine Beasley, Rebecca Cosgrove holding Christine Cosgrove and Vyonne Humes. This picture was taken at our apartment in Provo, Utah. Grandma Humes was with my family and they came to visit Christy and I. I can't remember why they came or where they were going but we were glad they stopped to visit.

AW! I love this! Being a "married in" family member means I missed loads of fun beforehand...I love when people post some flashbacks for me to enjoy. :)
